At Handcrafted, we take pride in our artisanal quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your handcrafted items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
